Hey we get it - You've spotted some great gear and you want it now. Well, at Bearleather.com, we do everything possible to make sure we get it delivered to you discreetly and on time... and you're totally satisfied, time and time again.

What will my package look like?

All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of BL Products are mailed in bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order).

There's also no need to worry about your bank statement as your transaction will show as "BL"

There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a Royal Mail Delivery or courier sticker depending on the service used.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Most items can be returned without a problem so if your new leather jeans are too big for you then thats not an issue, however we hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning used consumable products (like lubes, oils etc).

We also do not accept products that are intimate ( e.g. jocks ) or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where relevant please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

If you cancel an order before it is dispatched by us then you will get a FULL refund processed immediately.

You should get a refund within 28 days of us receiving the goods back, or you supplying a receipt of having returned the goods.I.E post office proof of posting.

Please be advised that NO refund will be processed until the goods have been returned to us.

If you wish to cancel your order under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) effected and the original basic delivery cost.

The cost of return postage is not covered, unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to return goods.

Returning Goods bought in Sales or Special Offers
If you order was part of a sale or promotional offer, refunds will be provided to the full price less the total discount given in the offer. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "lowest priced item free" etc.), you must return any free items for us to process a refund.




Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bearleather.com and we can sort it our for you.


Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at info@bearleather.com and we will send you the return details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we don't want anything going missing.
