Ordering from us is Easy
Hey we get it - You've spotted some great gear and you want it now. Well, at Bearleather.com, we do everything possible to make sure we get it delivered to you discreetly and on time... and you're totally satisfied, time and time again.
What happens if my item is not in stock ?
We do try to keep all items and sizes in stock at all times.
However on the odd occasion where we are sold out of something, we can place these items on to our back order system. This means we will dispatch as soon as we get your item(s) back in stock. The average time to replenish any of our stocks is normally only 2 working days.
In the event of one or more of your items being out of stock we will contact you personally by email giving you the option to wait a little longer for your products, amend your order or cancel it.
In the event of a cancellation, then a refund will be immediately processed for you.

What will my package look like?
All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of BL Products are mailed in bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order). There are no Bearleather.com markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a Royal Mail Delivery or courier sticker depending on the service used.
What will show up on my bank statement ?
There's also no need to worry about your bank statement as your transaction will show as "BL"

What happens if I want to return something ?
Our policy lasts 28 days so you have plenty of time to return anything should you need to do so. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Most items can be returned without a problem, so if your new leather jeans are too big for you then that`s not an issue, however we hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning used consumable products (like lubes, oils etc).
We also do not accept products that are intimate ( e.g. jocks ) or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where relevant please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without it we cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we don't want anything going missing.
How do you get your money back ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I haven't received my refund ? (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it sorted out.
Something defective or damaged ?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we can sort it our for you. Any replacement items in these circumstances will be sent out without any additional shipping charges. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
